Abstract :
Flexible packaging is manufactured by processing polymers. This study presents a technology developed for welding films in different geometries. Using the impulse system, the desired welding geometry can be achieved on the film with a single welding bar. Various welding bars and wire combinations were tested to enable welding in different geometries and sizes during the experimental process. The results were evaluated in terms of welding quality and homogeneity.
