13th ULPAS Registration Fees:

1- On-site International Participation with or without paper 150 USD
2- On-site Participation from inside Turkiye with paper (solely on-site) or as listener (without paper): 350 TL
3- Undergraduate students (Bachelor or Vocational School) Presenting a paper or if not presenting a paper only attend on-line: Free

NOTES :

1: All participants from inside Turkey can only present their papers on-site and only international participants can have the option to present their papers on-line or on-site.

2: All submissions from academia must be written and presented in English.
3. Submissions from Research and Development (R&D) Centers can be written in Turkish, but their presentations are strongly expected to be in English. Posters from R&D Centers may be in Turkish.
4: Sponsor companies are given free participation according to the sponsorship type;

• PLATINUM SPONSOR (50.000 TL): 10 free entries,
• GOLD SPONSOR (30.000TL): 5 free entries,
• SILVER SPONSOR (20.000TL): 3 free entries,
• BRONZ SPONSOR (10.000 TL): 2 free entries.
