15th ULPAS Registration Fees:

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to high inflation and increasing costs, the Organising Committee has made a decision to increase the Registration Fee for the 15. ULPAS. 

We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to see you all at 8-9th November at Izmir Bakırçay University.

NOT: Those who have already paid their Registration Fee is expected to revise the Registration Fee accordingly. 

1- On-site Participation with or without paper (From Inside Turkiye or International): 1000 TL +20% VAT= 1.200TL

2- Undergraduate students (Bachelor or Vocational School): Free 

NOTES :

1: All participants can only present their papers on-site

2: Each registration fee is for submitting upto 2 papers and each additional paper will be charged 500 TL

2: All submissions from academia must be written and presented in English.
3. Submissions from Research and Development (R&D) Centers can be written in Turkish, but their presentations are strongly expected to be in English. Posters from R&D Centers may be in Turkish.
4: Sponsor companies are given free participation according to the sponsorship type;

• PLATINUM SPONSOR (50.000 TL(+20% VAT)): 10 free entries,
• GOLD SPONSOR (30.000TL (+20% VAT)): 5 free entries,
• SILVER SPONSOR (20.000TL (+20% VAT)): 3 free entries
• LUNCH/BREAKFAST/ADVERTISEMENT (10,000 TL + 20% VAT):  2 free entries

Paying the Registration fee:
