16th ULPAS Registration Fees

1. On-site Participation with or without paper (From Inside Turkiye or International): 1500 TL +20% VAT= 1.800TL

The registration fee (1500 TL+VAT=1800 TL) must be paid by 25th April 2025.
We regret to inform that any late payment after this date will be paid as 3000 TL+VAT=3600 TL.

In case of non-acceptance of the paper, the registration fee will be returned.

{ÖNEMLİ UYARI:
16.ULPAS kayıt ücretlerinin (1500 TL+KDV=1800 TL) 25 Nisan 2025 saat 23.59’a kadar ödenmesi zorunludur.
Bu tarihten sonraya kalan ödemeler için üzülerek 3000 TL+KDV=3600 TL talep edeceğiz.
Gönderile bildirinin kabul alamaması durumunda, kayıt ücreti iade edilir. }

2. Undergraduate students (Bachelor or Vocational School): Free 

NOTES :

1. All participants can only present their papers on-site

2. Each registration fee is for submitting up to 2 papers and each additional paper will be charged 500 TL

2. All submissions from academia must be written and presented in English.
3. Submissions from Research and Development (R&D) Centers can be written in Turkish, but their presentations are strongly expected to be in English. Posters from R&D Centers may be in Turkish.
4. Sponsor companies are given free participation according to the sponsorship type;

• MAIN SPONSOR (350.000 TL(+20% VAT)): 10 free entries,
• PLATINUM SPONSOR (100.000 TL(+20% VAT)): 5 free entries,
• GOLD SPONSOR (50.000TL (+20% VAT)): 4 free entries,
• SILVER SPONSOR (30.000TL (+20% VAT)): 3 free entries
• BRONZ SPONSOR (20.000TL (+20% VAT)): 2 free entries
• LUNCH/BREAKFAST/ADVERTISEMENT (10,000 TL + 20% VAT):  1 free entries

Paying the Registration fee:
