Abstract :
EN: Textile functionality is gradually increasing due to increasing consumer awareness and changes in the world and ecosystem due to the reasons experienced in technology and science. In the research, it can be seen that the feeling of coolness is among the subjects of examination in studies aimed at increasing comfort parameters. The expensiveness of functional feature-giving materials led us to conduct this study. This thread involves creating an embroidery surface in order to provide a cooling effect on certain parts of the body with embroidery and increasing the functionality of the finished product. In this study, the chemical with cooling functionality in microcapsule form is retained on the thread surface and retains its properties in embroidery strokes, and the functional property is proven with quantitative data. The aim of these studies is to increase the comfort of textile products. In summary, the scope of the work is the product output and test evaluation created with the Durak Textile Design Center cooling embroidery thread project.
